Tranfected Stable Cell Lines
Stable cell lines with specific gene over-expression or knock-down are very helpful in gene function analysis, target discovery, target validation, assay development, and compound screening. However, generation of stable cell lines is a time-consuming and expensive process.
Creative Biogene has established a team of experts for stable cell line generation. We have successfully generated hundreds of stable cell lines including gene knockout, gene overexpression and gene knockdown cell lines. These cell products are in well preparation to meet the requirements of our customers.
Besides, we can also provide PanoplyTM cell products to satisfy your research needs.
- Generate a kill curve to determine the optimal selection antibiotic concentration
- Transfect cells with desired plasmid construct(s)
- Select and expand stable polyclonal colonies
- Identify single clones by limited dilution and expansion
- Transfer clones and assess expression
Premade Virus Particles
Adenoviruses have a very broad host range, and can infect human and other mammalian cell lines or primary cells, including replicative as well as non-replicative cells. There is no integration with the host system. A high gene expression level can be reached in very short time.
Adeno-associated virus (AAV) is a small replication-defective, nonenveloped virus which can infect both dividing and non-dividing cells. AAV is not currently known to cause disease and consequently the virus causes a very mild immune response. It is a very attractive candidate for gene delivery study.
- High titers and guaranteed expression
- Efficient transduction of difficult-to-transfect cells or animal models
- A cost-effective choice for busy labs
Virus-Like Particles (VLPs)
Virus-like particles (VLPs) are composed of one or more different viral proteins with the ability to self-assemble and form virus-like structures.
Different viruses present different structures for generation of VLPs, for example, simple viral capsids contain one or two major proteins while complex viral capsids contain various protein layers, and some viral capsids also contain lipid envelopes.

Clones
Creative Biogene has generated a large number of cell lysates, which are divided into two groups: 1) over-expression cell lysates containing protein from exogenous encoding sequence; 2) knock out cell lysates based on the CRISPR/Cas9 technology. These cell lysates are created through two steps: 1) delivery of gene encoding sequence or Cas9/sgRNA into host cells, 2) homogenization of these recombinant over-expression or knockout cells in RIPA Lysis Buffer.
They are intended for use as western blot (WB) positive or negative controls as well as other research applications.
Cell Lysate
According to the general definition, clone is any organism whose genetic information is identical to that of a parent organism from which it was created. Every single bit of their DNA is the same. However, cloning in biotechnology refers to processes used to create copies of DNA fragments, an exact replica of all or part of a DNA. Molecular cloning is widely used in biological
experiments and practical applications ranging from gene function study to large scale protein production.
Oligonucleotide Products
Oligonucleotides (or oligos) are small nucleic acid polymers, usually less than 20 bases in length. Oligonucleotides can be made by enzymatic cleavage or more commonly via chemical synthesis with polymerases. Oligos have a number of uses from research to disease diagnosis and recently therapeutics. The wide availability of affordable synthetic single-stranded DNA and RNA has opened the way for routine DNA amplification by PCR. This use of oligonucleotides as primers has revolutionized the study of gene expression and disease processes. Apart from their use as PCR primers, oligonucleotides are
used as probes, in situ hybridization, in microarray, and antisense analyses, and even as drug carriers.
Enzymes
Creative Biogene offers a range of enzymes to perform the most commonly performed nucleic acid modifications.
Our product range includes restriction enzyme, polymerases, nucleases, ligases, and reverse transcriptase,
nuclease, phosphatase and kinase, which are used for a variety of molecular biology applications such as target digestion,
amplification, nucleic acid manipulation, DNA sequencing, polymerization, and reverse transcription.
